Continued participating in international competitions. Working on projects in Montenegro.

Successfully relaunched the interior design direction.

Developed the low-rise architecture direction. Designed cottages in Russia and Turkey. Became experts in the legislative activities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Entered the international market. Designed the smart city 'Smart City Kobuleti' in Georgia. Became experts of the architectural council of PJSC 'Tatneft'.

Rebranded under the new name 'NUGAEV architecture & design'. Focused exclusively on architecture and urban planning.

Launched the annual republican event for architects and developers – 'ARDA', offering knowledge exchange and networking opportunities.

Our Moscow project was praised by the Mayor of Moscow – Sergey Sobyanin. Continued contributing to the development of Russian cities.

Mayor of Kazan, Ilsur Metshin, awarded bureau head Timur Nugaev with a diploma for 'Best Architectural Object' in Kazan.

Developed projects shaping the image of the Republic.

Designed 'ART-City' – the first commercial, comprehensive residential project in the neighborhood, focused on people. Upon completion, it was presented to President Vladimir Putin and President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Completed one of the first 'turnkey' projects of the IVAR Group – from concept to construction. Presented the project to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Presented a project to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan – Rustam Minnikhanov. Participated in preparation projects for the Universiade.

The IVAR Group of Companies was established. The first large-scale projects were implemented.

Won 1st place in an international competition for the development of the right bank of the Kazanka River.

Two graduates of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering opened their own architectural bureau.
