Designed 'ART-City' – the first commercial, comprehensive residential project in the neighborhood, focused on people. Upon completion, it was presented to President Vladimir Putin and President Rustam Minnikhanov.

Completed one of the first 'turnkey' projects of the IVAR Group – from concept to construction. Presented the project to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Presented a project to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan – Rustam Minnikhanov. Participated in preparation projects for the Universiade.
